Adobe offers a few different medical plans that vary based on your location.
Aetna (all employees)

For 2022, you can select the Aetna HealthSave plan or Aetna HealthSave Basic plan. If you live outside the Aetna Choice POS II network, you can choose the Aetna Out of Area (OOA) HealthSave plan.
If you’re enrolled in Medicare or TRICARE, you can enroll in the Aetna HealthSave plan without a Health Savings Account (HSA). If you make this election, you won’t be eligible for the company HSA contribution, and you won’t be able to make individual HSA contributions.
To keep pace with increasing health care costs, employee contributions will increase for the Aetna plans. Learn more about your choices and see your health care contributions.
Kaiser HMO (California and Washington)
