Ready, set…enroll

U.S. Benefits Open Enrollment begins Monday, November 1, and ends at 9:59pm PT on Friday, November 12. The benefits you choose will be effective January 1, 2022.

Your personalized checklist will guide you on what to consider before you enroll.

Some benefits roll over, others do not

When you log in to the benefits enrollment site, powered by bswift, make sure everything in the system is correct, including your contact information, dependents, and beneficiaries.

Your medical, dental, vision, and life insurance elections automatically roll over, but not all benefits do. Be sure to go through the full process, and select any programs that require updated enrollment:

    Health Savings Account (HSA)

If you were enrolled in an HSA last year, your per-pay-period election will roll over. If you want to increase your contribution to meet the new IRS limit, or if you want to make a lump-sum contribution on specific payroll dates, you will need to enter your elections.

    Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

    Your Subtitle Goes Here

Dependent Care and Health Care FSA elections will roll over, but it’s important to review your contributions to make sure they are in line with your current needs.

    Dependent Care FSA eligibility

    Your Subtitle Goes Here

If you have a Dependent Care FSA, be sure to opt out for 2022 if your child is no longer eligible (e.g., they turned 13).

Opting out of Adobe medical plans

    Your Subtitle Goes Here

If you have access to another medical plan, you can opt out of Adobe’s medical coverage and receive $25 per pay period from Adobe. If you are currently enrolled in medical coverage, you will need to actively opt out during Open Enrollment; otherwise, your current election will roll over to 2022.

    Who qualifies for Adobe benefits?

All regular full-time and part-time employees who work more than 24 hours a week and meet eligibility requirements qualify for benefits. You may also enroll an eligible spouse, domestic partner, or child.

    Ready to enroll?

    For director level and above

It’s also time for deferred compensation plan (DCP) enrollment. Even if you’re already enrolled in the DCP, you need to reenroll; elections do not automatically roll over from year to year.
