How to enroll

U.S. Open Enrollment begins Monday, November 6, and ends at 8:59 pm PT on Friday, November 17, 2023. The benefits you choose will be effective January 1, 2024.

Only some benefits roll over automatically

When you log in to the Adobe benefits enrollment site, make sure everything in the system is correct, including your contact information, dependents, and life insurance beneficiaries. Be sure to go through the full process, and select any programs that require enrollment.

    Medical, dental, vision, legal, and life insurance plans

    Your medical, dental, vision, legal, and life insurance elections automatically roll over, but you may want to change your coverage, especially if you and your loved ones have had major life changes.

    Opting out of Adobe medical plans

    If you have access to another medical plan, you can opt out of Adobe’s medical coverage and receive $25 per pay period from Adobe. If you are currently enrolled in medical coverage, you will need to actively opt out during Open Enrollment; otherwise, your current election will roll over to 2024.

    Health Savings Account (HSA)

    If you are enrolled in an HSA in 2023, your per-pay-period election will roll over. If you want to increase your contribution to meet the new IRS limit, or if you want to make a lump-sum contribution on specific payroll dates, you will need to enter your elections.

    Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

    Dependent Care and Health Care FSA elections will roll over. Review your contributions to make sure they are in line with your current needs.

    If you have a Dependent Care FSA, be sure to opt out for 2024 if your child is no longer eligible (e.g., they turned 13).

    Who qualifies for Adobe benefits?

    All regular full-time and part-time employees who work more than 24 hours a week and meet eligibility requirements qualify for benefits. You can also enroll an eligible spouse, domestic partner, or child.

    Enrollment for the voluntary deferred compensation plan (DCP) is December 4-15. Enrollment details have been sent to eligible employees.
